Select the experimental input datatype
To start building community models for all your samples you will need to upload your data into MICOMWeb:
- CSV: A single comma separated values file (.csv) file with taxonomy, abundances and metadata for all samples.
- QZA: Using QIIME 2 artifacts such as frequency and taxa table (.qza files), and an additional metadata (.csv) file to label the samples with an experimental group tag for quality control.
- Example Dataset: Using QIIME 2 artifacts from Weingarden et al. 2015, se details here.
