START the amazing journey into metabolic modeling of microbial communities and manages exchange fluxes between individuals and individuals with the environment, using the user-friendly MICOMWeb interface.

Description

MICOMWEB

In MICOMWeb you can upload your experimental data to construct the metabolic networks using different databases and simulate the metabolic fluxes of your community according to a given diet. MICOMWeb will do all the process and send you an e-mail, once all the calculations are done.

Attribution

MICOMWeb is a collaborative research initiative between the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM)—through the Red de Apoyo a la Investigación (RAI) and the Centro de Ciencias de la Complejidad (C3)—and the Instituto Nacional de Medicina Genómica (INMEGEN), Mexico.
